Pipe Internal Coating:

Our engineering expertise has enabled the development of high quality pipe blasting and pipe coating equipment. Coatings have often been used to provide long term protection for pipelines thus preventing the need for expensive metallurgical solutions.

We have a range of application techniques to suit any project including pipe spinning, spraying and hand application. We specialize in both internal linings and external coatings.

Based on customer requirement and application details, suitable product can be used from wide range of products like Epoxy, Polyester, vinyl ester, Elastomeric Polyurethane coating.

Minimum Pipe Dia. 3 Inch to onwards with 12 mtr. of one go. Joint coating aslo can do upto a maximum length of 12 mtr. and can be applied in thicknesses of 200 microns to 2 mm.

Pipe External Coating

The coatings systems like Epoxy, Polyester, vinyl ester, Elastomeric Polyurethane and liquid epoxy are using for protection against soil side corrosion of underground pipelines, buried/mounded vessels etc.

Tank Internal Coating

In regular practice industries are using conventional rubber lining inside chemical handling tanks and vessel as the only solution. But this is costly method and takes more time for installation. Repair of damaged area is also difficult and highly prone to fail at joints which are difficult to repair. These liners become harder due to aging which then start cracking.

Vinyl Ester, Novolac, Phenolic Epoxy paints/ coating systems which gives better protection than rubber lining against internal environment like petroleum products, circulating water, chemicals depend mainly on the type of the material which is stored or transported, the amount of impurities and other constituents, velocity, process conditions etc.

These are joint less. Due to these monolithic coatings, chances of getting disbonded from the substrate are nil. It does not age, can be installed quickly and localized repairs are possible.

Tank External Coating

The paints/ coating systems for protection against external environment largely depend on the atmospheric corrosively of the zone and the location of the equipment to be protected. Increased external corrosion has been observed in the vicinity of the cooling towers, in the handling areas of toxic chemicals and acids etc.
